Terms of Service – Coool Studio

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all projects between Coool Studio (“Provider”) and the client (“Client”). By purchasing a service from Coool Studio, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Services Provided

• Landing Page Package: $3,195 flat fee.
• Additional Pages: $1,000 per page.
• Deliverables include a fully designed and developed Framer website page(s), based on the Client’s submitted content and preferences.

2. Project Process

• After payment, the Client gains access to a project dashboard.
• The Client must complete the intake form in full, including brand assets, style preferences, and content.
• Project work begins only after the completed form and required materials are received.

3. Timeline

• Average delivery time is 7 business days, depending on scope and complexity.
• This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur if Client materials are late or scope is unclear.

4. Revisions

• Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
