1. Overview

Coool Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides high-quality, asynchronous web design and Framer development services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you ("Client") agree to the following terms.

2. Scope of Service

• Clients may submit unlimited design and development requests. We work on one active request at a time per subscription.
• Turnaround time for each request is typically 48–72 business hours, but may vary based on complexity.
• All communication is asynchronous and conducted via our client workspace (Trello, Notion, or equivalent).
• We do not hold client meetings or video calls. Everything is executed and delivered async.
• Requests must be clearly defined. Vague or incomplete briefs may result in delays.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Coool Studio operates on a flat monthly subscription fee, currently listed on our website.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until paused or canceled.
• Clients may pause or cancel at any time via their billing portal. Access to our services continues until the end of the billing period.
• Due to the high-effort nature of the service, no refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins.

4. Intellectual Property

• All custom work created under an active, paid subscription becomes the Client’s intellectual property upon final delivery of that work. Work will not begin until the first payment is successfully processed. If a subscription is paused or canceled, incomplete work remains the property of Coool Studio until payment resumes and delivery is finalized.
